In phase 1 we find a set of 8 terraced houses, spread over two floors. Access to the houses will take place via two external stairs, which provide access to the terraces of the houses. The apartments' terraces are separated from the stairs by aluminum and glass fencing to provide privacy.
The house on the ground floor will have a semi-basement area for a garage, access to the garage is from the outside via an automatic door. The garage is accessible via an internal staircase. The house on the second floor will have a solarium of approximately 75m2.
