Beautiful new complex at the brand new Santa Rosalia Resort Deluxe in the Costa Calida, Murcia
Upon entering the property you will find a large entrance hall leading to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room where you will find large patio doors leading out to the glass fronted terrace allowing natural light to flood into the property and providing uninterrupted views. There are two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.
This complex offers access to two communal swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens. In addition, the community also has a children's play park and a communal gym.
Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort is a new gated resort with a wide range of new-build villas and apartments. Perfectly positioned just a stone's throw from the Mar Menor Golf Resort and a short drive to the sandy beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor.
